Shipping policy

Shipping:

All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery around major holidays. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Kindly note that we only offer free shipping for orders above $100. All orders under $100 will be charged $7.99 for standard shipping.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.

Lost or Stolen Packages: 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.

In the case that you are local and want to save on shipping costs at checkout hit the "local pick up" option. We'll process your order and contact you via e-mail when your order is ready for pick up. This allows you to pick up your order at Simply A to Z boutique anytime during store hours.

SATURDAY	10:00AM - 4:00PM

 

We will hold your pick up order for 14 days. If it has not been picked up by Day 14 we will return your order to the floor and refund your order to a merchandise credit.
