Return Policy:

We truly hope you love all of your purchases from Buster & Bee. However, we know there will be times when items need to be returned. All purchases are eligible for IN STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned with 14 business days of receiving your items. After 14 business days, items are ineligible for return.

Items purchased from our "Final Sale” tab are final sale items and are not eligible for return.

Seasonal Pre-Order Items are "Final Sale" and are not eligible for return.

Items must be in perfect condition in order to be eligible for return. This means unwashed, no makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.

All return and exchange shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please include your packing slip that was sent with your order. This contains your information and order number.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return.

Or returns can be completed during store hours in person at Simply A to Z Boutique at 120 E Huron Ave in Bad Axe.

Damaged Items:

Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receipt of your order. Please email busterandbeeboutique@gmail.com with your order number and photos of your damaged items.
